Inspiration.
This edition is a small encyclopedia of
beadweaving.
Due to a completely new creative approach,
absolutely new means were developed which
allow mastering 3D beadweaving, learning
how to copy ready-made works, but first of
all, independent and creative thinking.
The main distinction of the book is aiming
at universal human values, kindness,
attentive attitude to people and nature.
The methodology of weaving is explained in
a very simple and interesting language, and
as a result of it a rather tiring and long
process turns into a funny communicative
game with a fairy from a Country Of Bead
Wonders. Clever adult who does not believe
in fairy tales will accept the rules of the
game, will sieve fairy and story-telling
variations out and take in only the
informational and formal part. For children
such a reporting format is a real gift.
The book is beautifully illustrated (over
600 processed photographs and illustrations),
each stage of all the lessons of beadweaving
are accompanied with photographs, due to
which the lessons seem bright, captivating
and clear.
170 pages of the book make the reader
acquainted with this art, materials which
are used for creating sculptures,
possibilities that open at mastering this
art. 8 lessons of mastering the art are
presented according to the principle "from
simple sculptures to more difficult ones".
They allow mastering the following bead
sculptures: Flowers, Butterflies,
Dragonflies, Trees, Apples, Elf Warriors,
Fairies, Houses at Lakes.
The book ends with a gallery of the best art
works made by adults and children.
The target group for the book is children
aged 6 to 10 and adults of any age. The
experience of making the models is
presented according to the principle "from
simple to difficult" and everyone can easily
comprehend it. As our experience tells us,
both boys and girls (even 4 to 6 years old),
as well as their parents and grandmothers,
are equally interested in beadweaving and
matchstick modeling. Relative simplicity
of the art makes it available for poor
people and those who consider themselves the
elite.
